I have cut down my service appointments to two a day, 10-12 AM and 1-3 PM.

Choose a  day which is highlighted and note whether the 10 AM and 1 PM times are available.  If he time is not available, the appointment time will be greyed out and is already booked.

When you select the time slot, you’ll see the appointment form.  When you’re done, be sure to finalize the appointment  by clicking the Make Appointment button.

NOTE: If you do not get a confirmation email, the appointment did not come through.
